The Code Enforcement Division strives to protect the health and safety of residents and visitors. Our mission is to promote and enhance the quality of the community through:

Citizen complaints and questions
Rapid investigations
Proactive identifications of possible violations
Assistance to other internal departments
Mediation and conflict resolution
Resolution of code violations in a number of different ways

The identification and rapid response to code violations is a cooperative effort within the community. Residents and visitors play an important role to help identify a wide range of possible code violations such as illegal dumping or spillage of garbage and debris.
