Town of Mammoth Lakes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Information
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms are strongly encouraged to participate in the Town of Mammoth Lakes' contract opportunities. Town projects, which are funded in whole or in part with federal funding sources, are subject to DBE requirements as set forth in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 26, and the State of California Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Plan, as well as other Caltrans guidelines. For these projects, specific DBE requirements and project goals are detailed in the project’s bid specifications.

California Construction Contracting Program
Caltrans sponsors the California Construction Contracting Program (CCCP) to its market place contractors, consultants and vendors. DBEs and SBEs are encouraged to participate in and attend Caltrans’ sponsored free courses specifically offered through the CCCP, to assess bid opportunities.
