The Town in partnership with the Pacific Companies is building the first 81 units of affordable housing on the 25-acre "Parcel" site located south of Main Street and west of Laurel Mountain Rd. “The Parcel” has long been slated for housing the working residents of Mammoth Lakes.
Construction of The Sawyer (Phase 1 of the Parcel) continues to progress towards completion with an estimated leasing date of March - April, 2024.
The Sawyer (Phase 1 of The Parcel) includes 81 apartment units within 2 buildings at several affordability levels and a variety of unit sizes between studio and 3 bedroom, as well as a childcare facility, community space, and public park.
